AM INVESTIGAZIONI

Authorized pursuant to art. 134 of the Tulps by the Prefecture of Rome, carries out investigations and information gathering, both in the private and corporate sphere. For the sole but not exhaustive example, the following areas of investigation are identified:

 

• Investigations in the private sphere: information requested by the private sector for its judicial protection (for example in the family, matrimonial or patrimonial field);

• Investigations in the corporate environment: requests from public and private bodies, that is to say from companies even without legal personality, in order to protect a right in court - for example in case of unfaithfulness of the worker; correct use L. 104; counterfeit products; protection of trademarks and patents, of scientific heritage, of other intangible corporate assets, etc .;

• Investigations in the commercial sphere: requested by the trader in order to determine, even at the accounting level, the shortfalls and the inventory differences, also through information obtained directly from the commercial operation - (so-called investigative anti-shoplifting);

• Defensive investigations: aimed at finding evidence to be used in the context of the criminal trial, as governed by Title VI bis of the civil code;

• Commercial information: requested by public and private bodies for the purpose of collecting, analyzing, processing, evaluating and estimating economic, financial, credit, equity, industrial, productive, and professional data of companies and companies - both of people and of capital - as well as the natural persons connected to them - such as, for example, shareholders, directors, etc. - in compliance with current European legislation on privacy.
